Shipping
We ship from our fulfilment partners directly to your door. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation, followed by a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and can vary during sale periods and holidays. Duties and taxes for international orders may be collected at checkout or on delivery, depending on destination.
Returns & Exchanges
Not happy with your mount? You have 30 days from delivery to return it in its original condition, with all included accessories (mounting plate, tool, base pad).
How to return
- Open your order confirmation email and click Start a return, or contact us and we'll set one up.
- Pack the mount securely with its accessories.
- Drop it at any carrier point using the label provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap a color is to return the original and place a new order, so your replacement isn't held up while the return is in transit.
Final-sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Damaged or missing-parts returns may be refused or partially refunded.
