Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 5–9 business days; express is 2–4. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — standard shipping is free on every order over $75. Under that, a flat $8 applies, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

What's your return policy?

Unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Start a return from your confirmation email or our Shipping & Returns page — return shipping on your first return is on us.

How do I find my size?

Check the Size Guide for measurements in cm and inches. When you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a sharper fit or up for a relaxed one.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Checkout is fully encrypted and processed by certified payment providers — we never see your card details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Duties and taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout where possible, so there are no surprises on delivery.

How should I care for my pieces?

Each item has care instructions on its label. As a rule: cold wash, hang dry, and store knitwear folded.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us within a couple of hours and we'll do our best. Once it's on the way, you can use our easy 30-day return instead.
